Important group fitness information
What to bring with you:
- A water bottle (NO glass bottles)
- Gloves (Fingerless weight-training recommended)
- Sweat towel
- Asthma Pump/Inhaler (where applicable)
- Any basic small fitness equipment if prefer to use own (such as floor mat, powerband, bootyband etc)
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL - CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED
All Group Fitness Participants must confirm their attendance. A minimum of 30 minutes prior to session commencement is required via sms to your trainer. This ensures that the trainer is well prepared with the correct quantity of equipment required for the session as well as any additional equipment for participants who need exercise alternatives. Our trainers appreciate your help in advance.

No participant should attend Group Fitness sessions if feeling unwell, are injured or has any infectious symptoms without approval from your trainer prior to the session. If ever in doubt, contact your trainer to discuss your options. This is a logical and simple request for the protection of the individual, other participants and our trainers. Ultimate Training thanks you in advance for your smart choice.
5 ULTIMATE RULES AND PENALTIES TO ENSURE RESULTS:
1. Consistently late participants will not go without doing 'late' burpees
2. Workout to the best of your ability or be punished with 'slacking' burpees
3. Encourage and support other participants or be punished as a team with 'lack of team spirt' burpees
4. Excessive social talking will result in 'gas bagging' burpees
5. Complaining about penalty burpees will result in a 'phenomenal' amount of burpees
Train smart and avoid more burpees than you need to do.
